The App is a personal focus-timer with optional AI text-refinement. It is not a financial product, investment product, trading platform, or cryptocurrency-related service of any kind.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own.
The Cloud AI feature uses third-party large-language-model providers. Output is generated and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing it before using it.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Your local data is not backed up by us. Export it yourself if you need to keep it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
